Dear Internode customer,
We are writing to notify you of important changes to the HOME and
SOHO broadband plans provided by Internode.
These changes include the introduction of additional plans and
increases in price for a number of existing plans.
For existing customers, any changes in pricing will only apply to
bills sent after 1st July 2007.
We are providing you with this notification period (from 4th June
2007 until 1st July 2007) in order to allow you adequate time to
consider whether to remain on your existing plan or to change to a
new plan in response to these plan revisions.
Internode will send a letter to every existing HOME or SOHO broadband
ADSL customer (whether affected by these changes or not) within a week.
The letter will specify whether these changes apply to you, and (if
so) it will explain the specific impact for your service(s) of these
changes. It will be sent to the same destination (and in the same
manner - email, fax or postal letter) as your bills are normally sent
to you.
A detailed set of information regarding these changes will be
available on the Internode web site from 4th June 2007 at this location:
http://www.internode.on.net/adsl/planchanges/
Please consult this web page and carefully read the letter that will
be sent to you about your specific situation before taking any action
regarding these changes.
These changes are required in response to current market conditions,
in order to ensure that our high quality services can continue to be
offered in a sustainable manner to our customer base. Our pricing,
after this revision, remains highly competitive in the Australian
broadband market.
We thank you for your consideration and your understanding, and for
your continued support of Internode.
Regards,
The Internode Team
